Cranberry Mall Gift Cards are the perfect gift for any occasion… birthdays, holidays, weddings, anniversaries, employee rewards, your teen’s back-to-school spending allowance… or a treat for yourself!

To Buy

Mall Gift Cards are available in denominations of $20 to $250 and can be purchased at the Customer Service Center during all mall hours. We accept cash, check, Discover, MasterCard and Visa. Terms and conditions apply to the gift card; cards are non-replaceable if lost or stolen, and are non-refundable.

To Use

Mall Gift Cards are accepted at any Cranberry Mall store that accepts Discover. Read your cardholder information, and use your card within 6 months to avoid service fees of $2.50 per month. Keep track of your balance – and tell the store cashier your balance before your purchase is rung up.

To Check Your Balance:

• Check the receipt from your last gift card purchase. The authorization code if 5 to 6 digits = your Remaining Balance.
• Visit www.MyMallGiftCard.com or stop at the mall Customer Service Center.
• Call 1-800-798-4099 (Note: your first phone inquiry per month is free, additional calls during the same month will deduct a service charge of 25¢ per call.)
